THE CHOIR AND ORCHESTRA ARE RECRUITING NEW MEMBERS FOR 2007!

CHOIR
The choir is the foundation of the Music Ministry at Church On The Rock. Our desire is to exalt God in everything we do, to encourage the body of believers to become active in their praise and worship, and to point individuals to Christ through the message in our songs.

We are a multicultural group of people and we sing a wide variety of songs that appeal to all ages and cultures. We minister in every service at Church on the Rock, as well as at special concerts and productions.

Choir enrollment is open three times each year in January, April, and September and is subject to an audition and interview.

BAND AND ORCHESTRA
We love exciting music at Church on the Rock! We are blessed to have a very gifted rhythm and orchestra group. Our desire is to be relevant and versatile in our music, therefore we want to build our team of musicians with variety in mind. If you play and instrument, we would love to talk to you. We are always accepting new members to this team. Placement is subject to an interview and audition.

DRAMA MINISTRY
There is no better way to express God's life-changing power than through drama! We are blessed with a talented group of individuals of all ages who are active in this ministry. Our drama team is utilized seasonally in our productions at the church. As we grow with new individuals, we hope to see this ministry blossom and become an integral part of not only our productions, but in our regular church services and other venues in our community. We use people of all ages in this ministry. If you are interested, give us a call to set up an interview.

SEASONAL PRODUCTIONS
Each Year at Church On The Rock, the Music and Arts Department presents Dramatic productions at Easter, Fourth of July and at Christmas. Our goal, is to incorporate all of our artistic gifts, from every age group, to bring focus to the season, and point people to Christ in a creative way.

Our productions, can not be successful with out YOU! We need talented people with all kinds of skills to make our productions successful. There are many areas of opportunity such as: recruitment, hospitality, costume coordination, purchasing, props coordination, set coordination and construction, artistic design, lighting crew, sound crew, stage hands, back stage coordination, special effects, drama, advertising, and clean up crew.
