Lady Fitness

Thursdays 6pm

Ladies let's start the year out strong! Each week we will review the Don't limit God lesson and follow it up by working on our personal fitness! We will do a 20 minute workout with an emphasis on cardio and light weights. To end the session we will work on flexibility with yoga. So grab a yoga mat and light weights and join me. Let's grow stronger together spirituality and physically.
